HELLO! I'm Krista, a pet photographer and pro dog trainer based in beautiful Stokes County,
I love my jobs, and pet photography is a sublime labor of love . I combine my experience as a trainer, photographer, and enthusiast to capture stunning images of companion animals and their people. I hold my images to really high standards and strive to be the photographer I would trust to work with me and my pets.
My own furry family consists of 3 dogs (and usually one more in training), 4 cats, goats, and chickens. My own animals were the original inspiration to start photographing for others. As our furry friends grow it is joyous to have images of them while they are with us and after they are gone. For my clients I work to capture the individual beauty, personality, and character of each animal I shoot in a natural and candid way.
I photograph pets and their people only.
I don’t shoot weddings, babies, or families, and pet photography is part of my full time career. What this means for you and your fur baby is complete dedication to providing the best quality experience, images, and products. From the time of your initial phone call or email until the time you receive your products or digitals its all about you and your best furry friends.
When I’m not photographing for clients, I am training canines for service and security.
I LOVE training dogs for working roles and giving back to my community. I am a volunteer cruelty investigator for PETA and served as Unchain Winston's volunteer photographer from 2014-2016, helping local families and dogs in need by providing secure fenced in yards. Check out all of the Unchained dogs in their gallery >>>
